The Dell PowerStore 9500 is an enterprise storage appliance built on Dell’s third-generation PowerStore architecture. Its 3U, dual-node design features dual-socket controllers, 2,048 GB of memory per appliance, and support for up to 40 E3 data drives. DDR5 memory, PCIe Gen 5 architecture, and 200 GbE inter-node connectivity provide resources for demanding workloads. Unified operation dynamically allocates CPU resources between block and file services. Supported TLC or QLC configurations let organizations align storage capacity with application requirements. PowerStoreOS provides management capabilities, while Software-Defined Persistent Memory protects cached data without dedicated front-mounted NVRAM drives, keeping all supported bays available for data.

PowerStore utilizes Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors, high-speed PCIe interconnects, and autonomous active/active
controllers with flexible, combined with flexible and advanced end-to-end NVMe technology including dual-ported
compact E3 NVMe SSDs and NVMe-over-fabric networking (both FC and TCP), to deliver high-performance and ultralow-latency for any workload. Always-on, zero performance impact data reduction with integrated next-gen Intel® QAT
hardware compression offload reduces storage costs while built-in intelligent automation, active resource balancing,
predictive analytics, and non-disruptive software upgrades ensures your storage environment remains continuously
optimized. Built on a multi-generational platform designed to grow with your environment, PowerStore keeps your storage
